It is important that you understand the signature and execution requirements of your jurisdiction before using our Plugin. Furthermore, certain documents (such as those regarding real estate transactions) may not be recognized using our Service if a notary is required to witness the signing of such documents. Finally, ApproveMe is not responsible for the contents or enforceability of any documents that it is used to sign. You agree that ApproveMe is not liable for any loss that you may incur as the result of the use of our Service, and you are advised to obtain the assistance of qualified legal counsel to ensure that your signed documents are enforceable in a court of law. By creating login access to your site and providing them to ApproveMe for premium support, you hereby agree not to hold ApproveMe and / or its employees/contractors as responsible in any way for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from sharing access credentials to your website.', 'esig' );?><br />

  <?php _e('If you wish to purchase or use our Service, payment can be made by means of PayPal or a credit card through our third party payment provider, Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in United States dollars.<br />
  Users having problems or issues with the premium paid add-on Plugin, should contact us within 30 days of purchase. Users experiencing such problems or issues within the 30 day period may be entitled to a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. As a condition to receiving a refund within 30 days, Users must contact us and open up a support ticket. Once a support ticket has been opened up, we will attempt to fix the problem, if the problem is not fixed to the User&rsquo;s satisfaction a refund will then be granted. Please note that refunds will not be granted if a User simply decides not to use the purchased services. We stand behind our services and will make all reasonable efforts to assist you in solving any problems you may have with our Plugin.</p>
<p>Where fees are payable for any component of the ApproveMe Service, these fees are payable in advance and we may, in our sole discretion, suspend any aspect of the ApproveMe Service for which you have not paid. Without prejudice to any of ApproveMe&rsquo;s rights contained elsewhere in this Agreement, you agree that we are entitled to discontinue the provision of our Service to you if you fail to pay for our Service and we may delete any data held by us in relation to the provision of your Service.', 'esig' );?><br />

Please review the licensing terms included with any purchases for the terms that apply to it. We offer you a limited, non-exclusive, fully revocable <a href="https://www.approveme.com/extension-license-terms/">license to use our Plugin</a>. You agree to abide by our license when using our Plugin and also to abide by any additional terms required by the GNU general public license. <p>WordPress may update its software from time to time. When this occurs, our Plugin may cease to be compatible or may have vulnerabilities or other issues should you choose to accept such updates. <p>YOU AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES WHO MAY USE OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PEOPLE WHO COMMIT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT, DEFAMATION, TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE WITH ECONOMIC RELATIONS, OR ANY OTHER ACTIONABLE CONDUCT TOWARDS YOU.</p>
<p>YOU AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS COMMITTED BY THE COUNTERPARTY OR COUNTERPARTIES TO ANY DOCUMENTS THAT YOU SIGN USING OUR SERVICE AND THAT YOU ARE ADVISED BY US TO OBTAIN QUALIFIED LEGAL COUNSEL TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE DOCUMENTS YOU ARE HAVING SIGNED WILL BE ENFORCEABLE IN THE COURT OR COURTS OF LAW IN WHICH YOU MAY WISH TO HAVE THEM ADMITTED AS EVIDENCE NOW OR AS SOME DATE IN THE FUTURE.</p>
<p>YOU AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILURE ON THE PART OF A PAYMENT PROCESSOR, INCLUDING PAYPAL OR THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR BANK THAT YOU USE TO FUND PAYPAL, TO DIRECT PAYMENTS TO THE CORRECT DESTINATION, OR ANY ACTIONS ON THEIR PART IN PLACING A HOLD ON YOUR FUNDS.</p>
<p>YOU AGREE THAT WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF THE GOODS OR SERVICES OF OUR COMPANY OR A THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING ANY FAILURES OR DISRUPTIONS, UNTIMELY DELIVERY, SCHEDULED OR UNSCHEDULED, INTENTIONAL OR UNINTENTIONAL, ON OUR WEBSITE WHICH PREVENT ACCESS TO OUR WEBSITE TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY.</p>
<p>THE PROVISION OF OUR SERVICE TO YOU IS CONTINGENT ON YOUR AGREEMENT WITH THIS AND ALL OTHER SECTIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. NOTHING IN THE PROVISIONS OF THIS &ldquo;REPRESENTATIONS &amp; WARRANTIES&rdquo; SECTION SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO LIMIT THE GENERALITY OF THE FIRST PARAGRAPH OF THIS SECTION.</p>

Specifically, in those jurisdictions not allowed, we do not disclaim liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence or that of any of its officers, employees or agents; or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability which it is not lawful to exclude either now or in the future.</p>
